Roaring Forties Blue

A full flavoured blue with a sweet, slightly nutty character and good aftertaste. A rindless cheese matured in wax thus retaining its moisture and creating a smooth and creamy texture. A Roquefort style mould is used to create this unique and exiting cheese style.

King Island Dairy Blue Brie

A delicately distinctive cheese with textured white mould and a rich creamy centre. The blue mould gradually matures developing a more piquant flavour with age. An excellent blue for first timers.

Seal Bay

A rich, creamy triple cream cheese made from cream enriched milk. The cheese is enveloped by a bloom of white mould which continues to develop during maturation adding to the flavour of the cheese. It has a rich golden centre with a buttery, slightly nutty flavour.
