Greve is a creamery, semi-hard cheese made from cow's milk. It is a copy of Swiss Emmental but is supple and dense, with a few large holes. Greve is a wheel-shaped cheese and weighs about 15 kg. The fat content is from 30 to 45%. It takes about 10 months to reach full maturity.
